   Here’s a character from the last Shadowrun game – a formidable sorcerer-summoner specialist with class A+ Magical abilities. In his case that was A+ sorcery (providing a +2 effective force bonus on all spells he casts) and spontaneous summoning, albeit of only a limited group of spirits.

  • Bardic Voice provides +1D/2 successes on social skill rolls while sustained up to a maximum of (Force/2) dice.

Special Notes:

  • +3 dice on all language skill checks (Already noted).

  • -3 (1 minimum) on the karma cost of buying skills.
  • A Trauma Damper converts 1 box of any physical damage taken into stun damage and reduces any stun damage taken otherwise by one box.

Metamagics:

  • Bloodbinding allows you to give up a magic point to make a spell permanent and irreversible.
  • Gathering allows you to take an action to use Conjuring to collect magical energy before casting a spell. This adds (Conjuring/2) to the base number of dice rolled for the spell.
  • Matrix allows you to select up to (Intelligence) spells for which you can ignore background count modifiers. These can be changed given a few hours of meditation.
  • Grounding provides an extra 2 dice to use to resist drain.
